Batesville High School

The Batesville High School varsity tennis team posted a 5-0 win at home against Milan. Ava Walsman (6-2 and 6-3), Lucy Abplanalp (6-1 and 6-2) and Adalynn Fledderman (6-0 and 6-1) were alll straight set winners in singles play. Annie Negovetich and Molly Meer were 6-1 and 6-4 winners at No. 1 doubles. Grace Walter and Kate Bauer teamed up to win 7-5 and 6-0 at No. 2. The Bulldogs took all but two junior varsity matches. Recording wins were Aurora Mertz, Grace Gutzwiller, Livia Maddock, Ella Carpenter, Ellie Westerfeld/Maddie Haskamp, Karsyn Watson/Addie Reding, and Brynlie Oesterling/Maggie Peters.
