Batesville High School

The Batesville Bulldogs suffered a 3-2 loss at Connersville. The Bulldogs were winners at both doubles positions. Molly Meer and Annie Negovetich teamed up to bead Bailey Lucas and Trinitee Steele 6-4 and 6-4 at No. 1 one doubles, while Grace Walter and Grace Gutzwiller won 6-4 and 6-2 at No. 2. Ava Walsman, Lucy Abplanalp and Adalynn Fledderman each lost two-set matches in singles play. The junior varsity was 4-1 winner over the Spartans. Winning for the Bulldogs in singles play were Aurora Mertz, Maddie Haskamp and Ellie Wesrterfeld. Haskamp and Westerfeld also teamed up to win in doubles.
