The Batesville High School varsity basketball team defeated North Decatur by a score of 66-53. The Bulldogs scored 20 points in the first quarter to take an 11 point lead. The advantage grew slightly to 32-20 by halftime. A balanced scoring attack was led by Cade Kaiser with 16 points and Trenten Luers with 15. Brayden Maple and Cayden Drake each finished with 11 points. Maple led the team with four assists and nine rebounds. Kaiser finished with a team-high three blocked shots.
