Batesville High School

The Batesville junior varsity girls soccer team defeated Greensburg by a score of 6-0. Ellie Prewitt battled in the box, fought off some defenders, won the ball and then got on the scoreboard. Shortly after, Prewitt scored another goal by receiving a ball that was passed into space by Alicia Hudepohl. Hudepohl then scored her first goal of the season off an assist by Leah Goodin. Defender Ady Kreuzman scored the team's 4th goal by sending in a ball from the 40-yard line up and over the keeper's head. Prewitt scored the next goal, of a corner kick sequence/dribble into the box and getting a shot off. The last goal of the night was scored by Lila Blessing, for her first goal of the season, where as a defender she moved up the field to be a part of Katie Hohenstein's corner kick.
