Bulldogs win at home over JC 60-52

The Batesville High School varsity boys basketball team posted a 60-52 win at home against Jennings County. The Bulldogs trailed 12-9 at the end of the first quarter, but outscored the Panthers 16-9 in the second to take a four point lead into halftime. The Batesville lead inched up to 41-36 by the end of the third quarter. Kamryn Holcomb led the team with 21 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field, including four 3-pointers. Brayden Maple was second on the team with 15 points followed by James Hughes with 13. The Bulldogs improved to 18-3 with the win.
