Bulldogs lose 68-64 to EC

The Bulldogs suffered a 68-64 home loss to the East Central Trojans. Batesville got off to a solid start and led 14-10 at the end of the first quarter. The Trojans bounced back to outscore the Bulldogs 21-14 in the second to take a three point lead into halftime. The Bulldogs scored 22 fourth quarter points, but it was not enough to make up a six point third quarter deficit. Kamryn Holcomb score a team-high 27 points, including seven 3-pointers. James Hughes was second on the team with 19 points. Trenten Luers was credited with a team best seven assists.
