Batesville High School

The Batesville Bulldog wrestling team competed at the EIAC Championships at Franklin County. The team finished 8th overall against a tough field of conference opponents. Individually, the Bulldogs earned podium finishes from several wrestlers. AJ Dance and Kaden Lamping each secured 6th place finishes in their respective weight classes. Batesville brought home two conference titles as sophomores Carson Weiler earned his second EIAC title and junior Adam Brewer captured his first. Brewer picked up his 100th career victory in his championship match. He is the first junior to reach the milestone in BHS history.
